Heatable diving undershirt "diveShirt-7" with 7 heating zones
Heizteufel produces a heatable long-sleeved shirt for dry suit divers especially for diving with the aim to design as many heating zones as possible and for the decompression phase organically important heating areas networked in such a way that the body zones experience an optimized and efficient heat distribution and thus contribute to a safe diving experience. The "diveShirt-7" heated undershirt, developed for drysuit diving, delivers high, evenly distributed heat output to compensate for underwater heat loss.
With a Heizteufel battery pack 7 body zones are heated: chest, abdomen, base of neck, shoulders, upper arms, kidneys and lower back. Optional additional heating of neck and throat is offered to avoid possible cold bridges caused by the water turbulence of scootering. Very thin, highly flexible heating wires are permanently incorporated into the completely washable undershirt and provide even heating without hot spots. For heating, very powerful, waterproof battery heating packages from Heizteufel are recommended. As an accessory, the PRO-DIVE and X-PRO-DIVE heating package equipped with a non-contact diver heating control is a very good choice. With a Heizteufel battery pack, the increased heat losses under water are compensated very well.
The "diveShirt-7" is made of finest English quality yarn with a high bi-elastic viscose content for the perfect fit on the body, not too tight, not too loose, simply comfortable. The extended arms (as well as the long leg shape for the pants) are so typical for Heizteufels underwear, they support exemplary stretching movements during intensive diving activities. The long body shape also prevents cold bridges and supports dressing. The breathable, hygiene-friendly thermal material with its elastic structure ensures, in addition to a high level of wearing comfort, that sweat is transported away from the body. Thus, the proportion of polyester (hydrophobic) is set at 50% and processed together with the viscose in a coarse knitted form, which prevents sweating or soaking of the textile. Heizteufel's very special processing of this material mix ensures a warming, moisture-transporting and cuddly textile that is much less likely to absorb water or sweat than conventional underwear. The "diveShirt-7" is machine washable and quick drying.
Under the drysuit worn heating packs and diver controls
The diving heating gloves can be worn with a Heizteufel LiPo battery pack in the chest or trouser pocket under the dry suit. From the control unit, a parallel Y-cable and 2 connecting cables, either 90cm, 120cm or 180cm are used to connect to the heating gloves. The cables can be ordered under Accessories > Cables with Connectors. Furthermore, but also a possibly existing, external 12 volt battery tank can be connected. Here a cable adapter is needed to connect battery tanks and diving suit feedthroughs from Santi, BTS or Yellow. We are happy to carry out conversion work on cable systems.

The Heizteufel "diveShirt-7" can also be supplied with other voltage sources. For a DC12V to 16.8V technology Heizteufel offers a variety of wiring and heating control systems that meet the versatile application requirements thanks to the latest heating technology.
The incorporation of supply lines for the connection of diving heating gloves is optionally possible.
Pee valve for ladies
The Dive-Shirt for ladies can be made with a vertical pee-valve opening of approx. 6 cm length. The neckline is extra thick hemmed. (Note: The shirt is custom made with this extension).
Cable note: The output cable is standard left-bottom, length 70cm. On request we manufacture the cable exit left-up (near nipple), length 30cm.
Adapter plug note: A polarity of the connection assignment can not be guaranteed. For the technology of connected foreign systems, e.g. Santi or Yellow Diving, no liability can be taken over.
Safety note: Basically, all heating products must be operated with a heating control that can be switched on and off in order to prevent possible overheating or other dangers. In addition, the subjectively desired heating warmth is optimally adjusted with a multi-stage, adjustable heating control.
Note on chargers: The optional 16.8V/8A and 16.8V/10A chargers are designed exclusively for 14.8V battery packs with a capacity of 10Ah and higher.
For 14.8V/5Ah battery packs it remains with a 2A charger, of course 10Ah battery packs can also be charged with 2A.

Send us a detailed description of your request, preferably with a drawing, what and how you would like to have it. However, keep in mind that good craftsmanship takes time and individual wishes cannot be made in the pre-Christmas period.
