11.1V | 3.000mAh LiPo Battery Heating Pack "Pro-Push-1" with Illuminated Push Button Heating Control for Heating Clothing
The LiPo battery pack comes with an illuminated push button control. The push button is slightly raised and thus unerringly accessible. Its slight click when pressed provides tactile feedback. Thus, the setting of a desired heating level is optimally fulfilled.
The battery pack is switched on after pressing the pushbutton for 2 seconds at the highest heating level. After two further heating levels of 75% and 50%, the heating level starts again at 100%. The heating control is switched off with a 2-second push. The heating levels are indicated by illuminating the pushbutton in the colors red - blue - green.
Examples of Use of a Heating Apparel
The battery pack with the heating control is carried in the jacket or trouser pocket. The battery pack can also be attached to the forearm or thigh by means of Velcro.
Furthermore, belt clip pouches made of tear-resistant Cordura are offered for individual battery packs. For professional use, battery belts are used for battery expansion of up to 24Ah.
For connection to the heated shirt or heated underpants, supply cables of different lengths and waterproof connections are offered as accessories.
Examples of Use for Heated Gloves or 2 Pieces of Heated Clothing
For example, the battery is carried in a jacket pocket and is to be used with a parallel Y-adapter to connect the cable with 2 upward exits for the heatable underwear or for the gloves.
Alternatively, the battery is attached to a forearm using Velcro, with one Y-outlet pointing forward to the glove and the other back to the upper arm, with a 120cm or 180cm extension cable leading to the other glove.

The heating power when using heated gloves is about 35 watts with freshly charged batteries and 28 watts at nominal 11.1V. The heating power of the heated underwear corresponds to that of the gloves. Battery technology and heating power are optimally matched. However, if the current load exceeds 35 watts, e.g. because another heated garment is to be connected, a second battery pack is required to increase the current load capability and capacity. We can assemble further battery packs according to your needs (as double, triple or quadruple pack on top of each other or according to length or width next to each other).
The small and lightweight battery pack convinces with high storage capacity and integrated protection electronics such as balancer technology, deep discharge protection, overvoltage and automatic shutdown. The battery, which is covered with a water-repellent, skin-friendly textile, is inserted into the breast pocket or battery pocket of an undershirt, undershirt or underpants, for example, and connected to it. The charging time of a battery is about 3 hours with the electronically regulated 1A charger.
