The heated ladies legging "bikerLegging" for motorcycling warms 3 heating zones: Thighs, knees and buttocks. While the cold driving wind particularly causes a freezing feeling on the legs, the seat continuously withdraws the body heat. To prevent these cold feelings Heizteufel provides with very thin, highly flexible heating wires an excellent feeling of warmth like that of a built-in seat heating and a built-in heat blanket, without cold bridges or hot spots. The heating technology is permanently incorporated into the completely washable leggings. The "bikerLegging" is made of a breathable, skin-friendly and pleasantly soft thermal material. With its elastic structure, it ensures an excellent fit and shape retention. The "bikerLegging" is machine-washable and quick-drying.

For heating, optionally very powerful, electronically protected battery heating packages from Heizteufel are recommended for short trips to protect the starter battery. For example, as an accessory, the PRO-PUSH-1 heating package provides good warmth for trips of up to 2.2 hours in extreme cold down to minus 30°C, and up to 4.4 hours of warmth at a low heating level for trips in wet and icy conditions.

For longer driving times and tours, an on-board power supply is recommended. For example, an 80W or 160W handlebar-mounted heater control, which is very well suited for quick mounting and dismounting and can also supply other heating products, is a practical solution that provides sufficient power with a suitable on-board power plug for the so-called cigarette lighter. Alternatively, a built-in heater control for which a 6mm hole for the potentiometer control is drilled in the panels of the front fairing or under the seat is an important tool for winter drivers, which remains permanently on the vehicle. The permanent availability even in cold transitional seasons and in cool summer nights, for trips beyond the snow line, provide optimal heating. The continuously adjustable heating controls allow the individually desired heating power over the entire power spectrum. It must be taken into account that parts of the body perceive different cold or heat and one heating control for all heating products operated at the same time can lead to different heat sensations - in this case, the heating zones should be fired with separate heating controls.

Note for other "bikerLegging" applications:As a German manufacturer Heizteufel can also make individual changes to its heating clothing and respond to special customer requests that may have health-related causes. For example, the heating of the abdomen and calves are among the special requests, or as leggings with short legs called "heizShorty" as well as an incorporation of connecting cables for the heated insoles.

Notes on Safety and Washing:

The Heizteufel heating technology is durable with more than 10 years of use, highly flexible with more than 1,000,000 bends, it is tear and cut resistant as well as resistant to body welding. This means that the heating technology is also subject to the most demanding requirements, where, on the other hand, heating systems with heating yarns or heating foils can lead not only to failures in the heating areas and thus to the loss of heating, but also to short circuits and burns.

Heizteufel's heating garments excel with their permanent water resistance and thus high resistance to washing. You can wash the underwear in the wool wash cycle at 40°C, in the laundry bag, with conventional detergent for colored or dark textiles, hang it up wet and let it dry. While you will not notice any heating losses with Heizteufel underwear even after years, heated yarns are very sensitive to detergents and may show losses in surface heating after just a few washes.

Photo note: The heated leggings are manufactured with a standard 80cm long connection cable, so that the power cable can be carried out on the waistband, if the battery is to be worn in a belt clip pocket, pants or jacket pocket.

Cable Note: The output cable is standard at the hem of the left waist, the length is 70cm and sufficient to carry the battery in your pants or jacket pocket. You can also order a very valuable belt pouch or battery clip pouch as accessories. For the connection of heatable insoles, socks or knee socks, the incorporation of supply lines is optionally possible - thin cables are led through the legs to the calf cuff in soft so-called cable tunnels.
