The heatable 3D seat is designed for the chairline BLAQ 468, Hiller in Germany. The cushion heaters are lined with a strong cold-insulating fleece padding and covered with an abrasion-resistant rep textile that adapts perfectly the shape of the seat. The seat cushion can be supplied with different power sources, which after plugging together with the standard supplied waterproof connectors (IP67) reach a comfortable temperature of 35~40°C after a short time:
- 11.1V portable Heizteufel LiPo-battery packs
- 12V AC/DC power adapter
The heating pads can tolerate wetness and can also be wiped clean with a damp cloth. The heating technology is completely sealed and provides an even surface heating without hot spots or cold bridges.
Heizteufel manufactures the heating pads in Berlin. For other sizes, geometries (with hole cutouts or according to pattern template) and operating voltages we are looking forward to your request.
Configuration examples
- 1 x seat or back cushion: Connect heating pad directly to power source, such as a battery pack (Pro-1 and Pro-2, Pro-Push-1 and Pro-Push-2), power supply (60W) or car electrical plug
- 2 x seat and back cushions: Both heating pads are connected with a Y-adapter cable and connected to a power source such as battery pack (Pro-2-DP and Pro-Push-2-DP), power supply (60W) or car power plug.
- 4 x seat and back cushions: 2 heating pads each are connected together with a Y-adapter cable. The 2 heating pad pairs are connected to a power source with another Y adapter cable, e.g. a power supply unit (120W) or car electrical system plug.
