The heated undershirt "rideShirt-6", specially designed for riding aisles and horse outings, provides high, evenly distributed heating power to compensate for heat loss under cooling wind conditions. One Heizteufel battery pack heats 6 body zones: chest, neck, shoulders, upper arms, kidneys and lower back. Very thin, highly flexible heating wires are permanently incorporated into the completely washable undershirt and provide even heating without hot spots. Very powerful, electronically protected battery heating packages from Heizteufel are recommended for heating. As an accessory, the PRO-PUSH-2-DP heating pack is a very good choice for rides lasting a good 2 hours at maximum heating power to over 4 hours in wet and icy conditions (down to minus 40°C). The battery packs are equipped with 3-stage heating controls for 50% - 75% - 100% heating power.

The "rideShirt-6" is made of the finest quality English yarn with a high bi-elastic viscose content for the perfect fit on the body, not too tight, not too loose, simply comfortable. The extended arms (as well as the long leg shape for the pants) are so typical for Heizteufels underwear, they support exemplary stretching movements during intensive body activities. The long body shape of the shirt also prevents cold bridges and supports dressing. The breathable, hygiene-friendly thermal material with its elastic structure ensures, in addition to a high wearing comfort, that sweat is transported away from the body. Thus, the proportion of polyester (hydrophobic) is set at 50% and processed together with the viscose in a coarse knitted form, which prevents sweating or soaking of the textile. Heizteufel's very special processing of this material mix ensures a warming, moisture-transporting and cuddly textile that is much less likely to absorb water or sweat than conventional underwear. The "proShirt" is machine washable and quick drying.

Cable note: The exit cable is standard at the bottom left hem, length 70cm. On request, we can manufacture the cable outlet in another place, for example, on the neck collar for overall wearers. For the connection of heating gloves, the incorporation of supply lines is optionally possible - thin cables are led through the sleeve to the underarm cuff in soft so-called cable tunnels.

Safety note: In principle, all heating products must be operated with an adjustable heating control to prevent possible overheating or other hazards. In addition, the subjectively desired heating warmth is optimally adjusted with a multi-stage heating control.

Provision of a Personal Clothing Textile for the Manufacture of a Heating Garment

Provisions of clothing will be charged with 30,- Euro handling fee per order, because there is a significant additional expenditure of working time compared to our webshop stock, starting with the incoming goods inspection, a production-oriented material inspection and quality recording up to the production as well as the insurance and transport legal responsibility. For this purpose, the customer can mark the desired heating zones on the provided material, which will be taken into account when preparing the offer.
